Ken Green

Ken played his minor lacrosse in East York, a borough of Toronto and played two years of field lacrosse with the Secord Mohawks. He graduated to play box lacrosse for three years with the East York Mohawks in the O.L.A. Jr. “B” Division under General Manager Chick Chadwick and Coach Don Bruce. Ken was then asked to try out for the Brooklin Redmen and subsequently was part of the Mann Cup Championship teams in 1968 and 1969. In 1970 he moved to the Windsor Clippers in the O.L.A. Sr. “B” Loop where the team won the Presidents Cup.
In 1971, Ken returned to Brooklin where he played for the Brooklin Legionnaires and then on to the Brooklin Redmen in 1972. Ken retired from lacrosse part way through the 1973 season.
