Claire Rich was a co-owner of B&R Transport and, along with his business partner Harold Bonnetta, sponsored the 1970 Canadian Junior B Lacrosse championship team from Whitby. The sponsorship and the enthusiastic support provided by Rich and Bonnetta were very evident and much appreciated by all members of the team.
