Sport: Hockey Category: Founder Year Inducted: 1998 Bill Hannah was the link between the Whitby Dunlop Club and Dunlop Limited. He established a working relationship whereby the Hockey Club was accepted as a division of the Company and such relationship generated a high quality of public acceptance, especially during the oversees trip where the Team visited many European countries, including Scotland where the "tire" was invented by John Dunlop. Each Dunlop Company in Europe boasted about "our team".
